I have a Venture 1 card from Canada Post .
There are three shipping choices and the price varies accordingly to size and destination of parcel.
I have shipped hvy rifles and paid as much as $50.00 for the service.
Others will have different results, but those have been mine.
Also, it would behove you to read up on the policies of any company you choose to ship items with.

thank guysyeah I've shipped before i just couldn't remember how much i paid it was almost 5 years ago lol
Location, location, location...
Some "out of way" places can get a little costly. Most carriers provide online shipping estimates.
Go here ---> http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/far/business/findARate?execution=e1s1 and fill everything out. Its not always 100% accurate but has worked good for me (+/- a few dollars).
