Joe blow off the street gets one rate, but a contract shipper will pay a less rate, some less than others.
If you know someone that has an account with Canpar see if they would ship it for you.
Its "limited quantities" or "consumer commodities" ,
so no DG paperwork required.

There are several sponsors on here that ship ammo on a daily basis, so maybe another choice would be to email or call the closest sponsor and ask them for some assistance,
Yes limited quantities do not require DG paperwork, but again the carrier has rules of their own that the user may not like.
for example Canada Post, love them or hate them, they have rules too.
