I have had several firearms (both restricted and non-restricted) and none of the following items were ever followed...
attach a secure locking device to the firearms
lock the firearms in a sturdy, non-transparent container and
remove the bolt or bolt carrier from any automatic firearms (if removable).
I've often wondered what would happen to these sellers if they unknowingly sold and shipped a firearm to a RCMP officer?!
Sellers you should really think about this prior to selling/shipping your firearms.
