shipping how long?

I had received an email on the 5th stating that the order was approved. Transfer of firearm had been completed and item would ship on th 6th.
Just called, item is still sitting in the store. I have purchsed from you in the past without issue. I think 7 business days is a bit long to wait for shipping, any way you can speed this up on your dime? PM me with yea or nea.

Sometimes we don't get approval notices from the CFO's. We usually call in once a week and check on every transfer that we haven't gotten notices for.

We can't speed it up as firearms can't go express post. I am in a meeting at the moment, I will call the store to check on this in a bit.

I called in and they should have shipped it today. Sorry for any delays...they never sent us anything. For some reason your CFO isn't in't faxing or emailing approvals, they just mail them.

We haven't gotten the new C8 yet, I think we are the last region to get them.
