i think these shipping companies are fleecing the customers with business accounts. theres been instances where ive taken a shipping quote from a store and then checked how much a shipping label for the same item wold be if made with a personal non-business account and its always 10-20% less.

To be fair, I remember paying $0.48 per liter of gas 15 years ago, and $1.05 per liter in 2016. Yesterday I paid $1.96 per liter.

Diesel in Winnipeg went from 1.55 to 1.75 in less than a week; and that was after the long weekend was over.

The insurance charges always make me laugh. Canada Post employs chimpanzees who misdirect, damage and steal packages and then continually raise insurance rates which penalizes the shipper to compensate for the damage and theft their own employees cause.

Actually I shouldn't call them chimpanzees because if chimps could read they would actually do a far better job and would be happy to get paid in bananas.

I can confirm everything Ted says, from personal experience with Canada Post.

However, I am glad that chimpanzees do not read. Comparing Canada Post employees to Chimpanzees is an affront to all self respecting Chimps.
