Shipping unprimed cases to USA?

Just wondering if anyone knows if unprimed brass can be shipped from Canada to the USA? I know that the unprimed brass cannot be shipped from the USA to Canada, but have not found anything stating that it cannot get shipped to the USA. Winchester Ammo is wanting all of the brass that I have had that was purchased together and is starting to crack for no reasons. I have several posts about this issue, so I will not re-explain.
Please let me know if you know of anywhere it states that the brass cannot be shipped from Canada to the USA. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure there's no problem shipping stuff to the US...

That'd fall under the U.S. Dept of Commerce. Ask Winchester about it.

I would put it in a box and mail it to them, and I'm sure they'll do the same back or have a Canadian distributor send warranty parts. And there'll be no black helicopters or names on lists.
