Was just wondering if you had a specific date you ship out items? have an order in, just waitting for shipping confirmation. Was just wondering is all.....

Once an order is placed it will go through the necessary processing and then proceed to the shipping department. If you have not received a tracking number let us know. We should be able to provide one if it has been shipped.
Due to staff shortages at the moment there may be a small delay but we will try our best to get them out to you.
