I have 3 different apps for shooting - JBM, Strelock, and Ballistics - all great apps imho, altho my preference is Strelock.
Anyhow, the one thing all the apps did was be very inaccurate at long distance trajectories - i made sure i plugged in ALL data, like everything - in hopes in would be a bit more accurate -
There was still 2-3 MOA discrepancy at 1000yds... I did a 200 zero, then 600, then 1000. 4 different rifles.
Soo.... the fix - as i read here, i tweaked the BC of the bullets to somewhat bizarrely crazy numbers - and after a little trial and error with this, i managed to get them to match to within 0.25MOA at 400-600-800-1000yds.
The most accurate without tweaking was the 308w 175 smk, and the most tweaking needed was on a 107 SMK 6mmBR
So, when the temp cools off a bit, i will go check again that the numbers are true - of course, plug in all the appropriate data...
Fingers crossed...
