Thats what I did! Or rather just the slide and internals from one. Voila! Two excellent guns in one. Man, the EE is great...
In the case the OP finds himself in, the drop in conversion barrel would be the way. A slightly heavier spring and you are GTG. A side benefit might be a more supported chamber than the Glock factory barrel and the ability to shoot lead safely. The support would be nice for when you want cook up some hotter loads than factory ammo too.
Call Glockmeister, as 757fixer pointed out they are Canada friendly and great to deal with. Get the KKM conversion unit. Problem solved.
