Took my newly acquired Puma 92 out to the range yesterday, 357 rounds cycles really smooth, but I notice the .38 Special doesn't feed as well. It seems the next round inline sticks out of the magazine far enough to block the loading lift from operating properly, I am correct to assuming that it is normal?

Seems to be a common issue with the Pumas. If you handload just load mild 357s and problems should be solved. If you don't handload try low recoil 357 loads.

Mine does the exact same thing.

Is an issue with the Browning B-92 .357 Mag lever, too.

I have found that the Win 94 AE trapper .357 I have works much better with .38 Spl's than the Browning B-92 I had previously.
