Using mod choke had full in and had to have removed was told not to use it with full on that gun only drop 5 ducks @#1&#2 shot goose with bob and only one can see the bird move but can't have one shot and drop can someone help me or give some tips if they have same gun and use it thanks

Have you patterned the gun? Just like you would if you were turkey hunting. Take a big sheep of paper and put a dot in the middle. Then aim at the dot and see where your shot places. I have a rem 870 and my shot goes exactly where I'm aiming when I shoulder it. Anything beyond that could be shot size, lead and distance. Can't help you there.

For the dark cloud go with the most open choke you have. Sounds weird but I found it patterns better with a skeet choke than the mod. Remember for steel go with a choke that is more open. ie mod instead of full, cylinder instead of improved.

Definitely get to a range and put up some paper. My 535 is very good but I had to figure out how much of the front sight I should be seeing over the rib.

Like the others said, pattern your gun. It may not be "shooting where it's looking". If your pattern is not centered around your point of aim you have found the problem.

I have the same problem with my 535 I could not hit a turkey target with the bead sight ,it was high and right every time .I had to put a scope on it to center the shot pattern ,works great now .this problem can be fixed with stock shims sometimes .get her out to the range and shot at a big sheet of paper at least one meter by one meter .us the same shells you will be hunting with .but start with some low recoil loads to be sure it is not you flinching from the kick of the 3.5 inch thumpers .good luck Dutch

When it comes to clays I can hit 90-95% of them and at 35 yards at turkey target I'm on with the bead that was finding the brand that worked for it sent 110 on turkey load was expensive when you do it by yourself and don't have anybody to do it with

I'd say that either the gun doesn't fit you or you're holding it wrong. Are you physically different from 5'9" medium build and average physique? Yes, you'll have to pattern your gun to see where it hits compared to where you're aiming.

Also, take a little more time typing in your question, it's very difficult to understand what you're talking about. All I could figure out for sure was "can't hardly hit anything".
