shooting arms manufacturing

OOOPS...just noticed that you said 9mm, the 9mm and the .45 should be close in quality so here goes:
I just bought a SAM Commander-E from the EE and haven't actually laid eyes on it yet, I plan on doing a range report when it shows up. The pictures of it looked good and the price was right and I need a modern .45 ACP to take the burden off an old Colt 1911 (made in 1917) that I am using now.
I have a shooting buddy that has vast experience with Norinco's and I want to see what he thinks of the SAM...stay tuned.
In the mean time here are a couple of pictures that the seller had up for the gun:

Do a search.. We are starting to see some posts on these..

I own the commander (.45acp) version that I bought from Wolverine (about 4 months ago). I have shot about 600 rounds through it. Very good..

The fit and finish of mine is better than any Norinco I have seen. Also better than the Regents I have seen. The trigger on mine is fantastic. No creep and a nice crisp break at about 4.5 pounds.

The only problem I have had, is one of the grip screw bushings stripped when I changed the grips (Hogue grips fit perfectly). I order a set of 4 bushings from ebay for $8. Problem solved.

Personally... One of the best purchases I've made..

P.S. Wolverine was awesome.

I'm told by someone at wolverine that the price on the sams will be going up after this weekend.Possibly by as much as 10%.I have my name on a thunderbolt but just waiting for a hi-vis sight to come in,so i will get it at the current price.Just a heads up if your seriously wanting one.
