Shooting "both eyes open" at 1.5

Do you find its as quick as a red dot at 1x? Seems like my brain may have a lag to refocus/confirm the target.

At 3x it is a little slower for me but when my scope's set to 2x, I barely notice at all.

I always shoot both eyes open (handgun and everything else). I have 1.1x4 on the AR.

For right handed shooters that are left eye dominant ( like me ) ...I have a hard time shooting with both eyes open on anything greater then 3x is out of the question. If you stay under the 3x range you should be OK

Just thought I'd provide an update....
I posted this question because I've decided to mount a low power variable scope on my AR and found a 1.5-4x30 that I was looking to buy.
The EE God's must have been reading this thread because I found a 1-4x24 NXS! So problem solved.

I shoot both eyes open up to 3x and I'm not one of those freaks that can shoot pistol both eyes open either. 1.5x will be no problem...

I thought you were supposed to shoot pistol with both eyes open.
