Shooting Chrony Problem

My shooting chrony(master gamma) is not working and keeps giving me a error 1 code.(first sensor)
I have tried all the suggested problem fixes.
I guess I have to send it in for fixing.
Anyone deal with them and how were they to deal with.

If it was me, I would phone them. She might be able to diagnose the problem.

I find I have to be at least 15 feet away for reliable results. Are you closer than that?

They are great to deal with. Actually went to their facilities to pick mine up.

Are you by any chance shooting indoors?

Ya good 15 ft. away,tried with a 22 also , keep getting err 1 code,instuctions say first sensor is not reading.
I will call them tomorrow and see what they say.

Outside in warm weather,made carboard shade also,did try indoors also ,no flouresant lights.
