Actually, I have had the pleasure of shooting a Chrony. I bought an Oelher, gave the Chrony to a friend, he had as much trouble with it as I did. I suggested we shoot the farkin thing. We did. They splode really well. I got fed up with missing shots on pressure tests, drive out to the farm, didn't read, go back and do it again. I always tested it when set up, with a .22 and Imperial ammo, worked fine. Do the load tests and it would miss a few readings. Check it again with the 22 and it'd be reading screwy. That sort of thing happened about a 1/3 of the times it got used.
Sure was a treat to blast it. That was around 25 yrs ago.

I haven't had any issues with my shooting chrony yet. If I upgrade, I think I'll get one of the newer doplar ones.

IF they are ever released, the company MyLabradar has delayed the release for over a year now with little to no explanation, I'm starting to lose hope.

I was developing some loads with my 460V, I flinched and all of a sudden the chrony was about 20ft further down range than when I had started, with the tripod too.
