Shooting Chrony

I have a Shooting Chrony F-1 Alpha, the basic model. Somehow I lost one of the pieces for the sun screens (those are 3 piece).

Yesterday I dialed the company and ordered replacement screens. Man are they ever nice to deal with! No waiting on hold, no BS messages to filter through. Call goes directly to the order desk. I was 'in and out' in minutes!

Just so you know, if you ever blow away your sun screens or rods...

My Chrony quit working early this spring.
I sent to them for repair. Fourteen days later I had it back. No charge.

One of the wire connectors was faulty.

Super service!!!!
