as for Gun Clubs.....Oshawa Skeet is taking members in April. It's just 7 kms from Port Perry

Williams is phenomenal and with apologies to sponsors here, all of my firearm purchases, ammo an reloading stuff comes from them or here on the EE.

Is it common for clubs to not accept applications this early in the year? Also, is Oshawa skeet a decent club to be part of?
 
Most clubs around Toronto are already full. Last month, our club opened few spots from non-renewing members, but these were filled up quickly. When I purchased my first pistol, from Williams Arms, I asked for a range where I can test fire the pistol. They mentioned a club a short drive away. I would suggest, so as others did, to go to Williams Arms, browse, and start a conversation. And be amazed how this kind of atmosphere will keep you coming back whenever there is a chance and a personal need for firearms and supplies.
