Shooting in the Banana Belt

Time for some photos of shooting trails and such like. This morning was our monthly trail walk out in the banana belt. About 1/2 of the targets were buried enough that we couldn't see them but otherwise had a nice walk and shoot. Walking was a bit awkward with all of the lumps and hollows in the snow. There is about 8 inches of hard crusted snow left now.

No this one is with Nanaimo Fish and Game Club, in Nanaimo. Not quite as pretty as Port, but we try our best and upgrade our targets each year. We have a bead shoot coming up on Feb 21 using the trail. A bead for each hit and lunch supplied. 15 shots on the trail then 15 targets on the hawk and knife trail.
