Due to busy summer I haven't shot since June but went out yesterday.

My 20 yard index card drill went from 75% hits to 50% hits.

My previously reliable P2000 with S&B 115 grain, choked up a couple of times with last couple of rounds in magazine due to limp wristing. That recoil spring on the gun is really strong...just shot over 600 rounds on it.

Luckily with new work schedule, Fridays off and I can rectify the situation. I'm still considering moving to 124 gr 9mm as insurance against 'off days'.

If you don't use it, you lose it. Sad, but true.

:( Very true!! I used to shoot 1-2x per week. Nowadays it's once every 2-3 weeks and I see the difference in my shooting. It doesn't help that I tend to rotate through the 'collection' and not practice with the same handgun when I do get to go. :slap: The upside is that it doesn't take too long to 'get back on target'.....

I just shot my first competitive PPC match this year, Service and 1200. Pretty sloppy, I'm not even going to post my scores.

Cold beer and a nice there there buddy pat on the back from the other competitor's helped me out after.
