I use a 160gr RCBS Silhouette mould, because I've had it for decades.
I back that with 28-30gr of RL7. Still working on load development, actually. My advice is to begin a grain or so below the minimum in the data and work your way up. You basically want a starting load that cycles the action properly, then go for accuracy from there. Mine starts to scatter if I go above about the bottom third of the load range.
H335 seems promising as well. I believe that's similar to 748. Stick with the medium burning powders. Stay away from faster stuff like 2400. It won't cycle the gun.
And yes, a gunsmith told me I'd bung up the gas port and blow the gun up. Not a hint of lead in the gas system after several hundred rounds, however.
