I have a M&P 9 mm and just had the front site done....now the gun is shooting low left....I had another shooter fire the gun and same thing with him, low left....does that mean I need to adjust the back site up and right?? Thanks for your help!

Chris

Love it!! Bought the M&P 22 as well....wanted them to be as close as possible to train myself better....my cousin who I shoot with weekly has the 40 cal. M&P....love shooting them all....the 40 puts you back on target faster than the 9, I think it is because of the weight on the 40....all are good products for the price....the only bad part was trying to find the mags for the 22, but IRUNGUNS had them and they are shipping 2 mags for $75 bucks to my door....not bad at all!!

Good stuff. I've only shot a couple mags through the M&P 9 once. Couldn't decide if I liked it or not. Maybe I'll check out the 22 for my collection. :)

Very accurate and love the trigger on the 22...short trigger, scared the hell out of me the first time because I am so used to the long pull of the 40 and 9...great little toy and the wife actually likes to shoot it too...

No, I thought of that too....that is why I had someone else shoot....after he shot, I aimed top right corner and knocked out the bulls eye with 10 rounds with a grouping of 3"....

How proficient is the other shooter? Is he / she a 1911 shooter or are they used to the longer striker fired trigger pulls already? Sounds like a classic flinch to me.

Low left is about 3" from bulls eye....

the shooter is very proficient, he actually works at the range so he is a very diverse shooter...and like I said, once he confirmed this I put 10 rounds in the black of the target, not one outside the black..

Thanks for everyone's help, I am new to this sport and absolutely love it!!! I also love learning something new about it every time I shoot!!

I have a mp9, it was shooting low left. Tried high right, worked well figured it was the gun. Another 500 rounds down the pipe and I figured out how to shoot it, it was me not the gun. Yours might well be the gun, do a google search of low left and all kinds of threads of MP 9s come up. Just my 2 cents worth.

i guess i should have asked the yardage to lol.

anyways 3" at anything less than 20 yards id still lean towards the shooter being the issue. unless you can look at your sights and go "wow, that is way off to the side"
