Hey guys I really want to ask this question because I don't know If I'm doing something wrong...

When I shoot rifles...shotguns...my right hand is my trigger finger..stock gets pushed to the right shoulder..i write with my right hand....I just bought a pistol...and for some reason it feels more comfortable with my left hand as the trigger....holding the pistol up feels better then if i use my right hand....is this normal? Should I practice using my right hand?

Long guns right and pistols left. The overwhelming majority of long-guns are for right-handed people and the selection of lefties is abysmal; I don't waste my time, despite my cross dominance. As for pistols, left hand just feels better, and being left eye dominant makes that setup easier anyways.

I'm left-handed and right eye dominant. I shoot everything right-handed.

Shooting a pistol right-handed might feel funny to you simply because you're new to it. My suggestion is that you shoot as much as you can both left and right-handed before settling on one or the other. If left-handed works best for you, go with it!

My wife is a righty, but shoots lefty as that is her dominant eye. She kicks butt.

Eye dominance is not an issue, so long as you know about it. After that, it's just a matter of dexterity.
