the one i have has a bandana tied round the head to prevent sweat from dripping in the eyes, and it's a caucasian observer with an m3, but basically it's the same picture -does yours say something about a vc "tax collector?"

When it's snowing and the backroads are closed there's always the indoor range in PoCo. It's always warm and dry in there....

Best advise is to find someone who does alot of standing and learn from them. Standing requires a fair bit of upper body strengh so you need to work on that along with technique.
