Guns & Ammo magazine ran a test on that rifle a few months ago. They DID mention that some AR magazines wouldn't work, especially the ones that have dust lips on them. G & A also mentioned that USGI mags work just fine in that rifle.

It's the same as with HKs, the magwell is shaped differently so you need EMAGs.

I think it'd look pretty sharp with a magpul PRS on it!

Do you think the brass ejection is lefty-friendly enough?

I know it is cuz i am a southpaw. I had no problems at all.

Ya, the stock and the barrel makes the gun appear a little 'odd'. Looks like a really solid piece regardless.

That looks exactly like a Super Nova Tactical stock, it lines up good with the ghost rings on the shotgun but I could see it being awkward for optics, especially if there was any hieght to them. I wonder why a 20inch bbl why not 18.5? looks a little odd sticking way out there in such a sporter contour even a 16.5" bbl with an integral compensator to make the 18.5 would have been a bit better in appearance then that skinny 20 IMO.

You can get it shortened to 18.5" and threaded.

The barrel profile is all the more reason to shorten it.

Lucky guy! Do you recall what optic was used pictured on the rifle? And any info on the barrel specs?

It was a burris ar-332 3x red dot. 200y was a delight to shoot a little burst with no problem hitting the target
