A shout out to Shooting Warehouse for the great customer service. Placed an order Sunday through the web site and and I screwed it up some how. I called expecting to leave a message explaining the problem. To my surprise Robbie ( the owner) answered the phone. Told him what happened, he checked and no it didn't go through, so he took my order, and we talked a bit about the Arken scope I bought. By the end of our chat the paper work was done, the scope was packed up ready to be shipped and confirmation was emailed to me. Great and very friendly customer service a rare thing these days.
 
Robbie runs an excellent, customer oriented business. I have purchased several Swarovski scopes from him and every transaction has been top notch. Ask him about his Zebra hunts in South Africa! Great guy.
 
I can also confirm that Robbie's service is top notch. I needed a small piece for an Era Tac optic mount and he went out of his way to source it for me from Europe. Awesome customer service!
 
Some years ago, Robbie personally brought back two Zeiss turret screws for me from New York. That he remembered my tiny request and followed through was ample proof he was the real deal.
 
I just recently had the pleasure of dealing with Robbie. Reminds me of the service of gas stations 50 or more years ago. It just doesn’t get any better! It’s not often I say there’s no room for improvement. Greatly appreciated
 
Ive purchased 3 scopes and a rangefinder through them and Robbie has been top notch to deal with. I was on a wait list for a scope and he texted me personally to let me know they were inbound if i was still interested.
 
Robbie is a good man. I did not even buy anything from him but he was amazingly helpful; an act that most definitely secures my future purchases.

Yep, super friendly and very knowledgeable with great prices and service that cant be topped. Whats not too love about this business???
