I wish to get into Air Rifle shooting with a PCP rifle capable of accurately reaching 50 yards. I assume that I will have to be above 500 FPS velocity to do so with any accuracy, and probably of .22 calibre. I have a PAL. Is there a current Canadian-legal shopping list for such rifles? If so, where? PM me if you have a hint.
 
It would be helpful to know what you intend to spend on a rifle, scope and air source.
 
In the gunpowder arena, I know that accuracy "costs". I assume that the same paradigm applies to the air rifle world. Let's go with $2000 for an initial investment.
 
I personally don't have any experience with the FX line of airguns (yet). The Dreamline series seems to have some very good reviews. Air Gun Source is a Canadian dealer for FX. There may be others.
 
would part with a impact but what R U going to use it for

benchrest and some pests, mostly target

or the new game in town field target

or Olympic style 10 meter

some but not all can be used for the different games

Let us know what your intentions are for the rifle
