Short barrel bolt-action .223

What are my options?

I'm looking for a bolt-action .223 that has:
- a shorter than normal barrel (20" or less)
- a detachable magazine
- peep sights
- synthetic stock

If there was a Mini Lee Enfield like there is a Mini-14, I'd be all over it.

Except for the peep sights which can be added,a Tikka Varmint or Tactical fits what you are looking for.
