Short Scope

Good Morning Everyone, I have a rem 660 in .222 and one in .243. the Scopes that i have on them are just to long and don't look proportioned to the rifles.
I have been looking for a couple of moderately priced (300.00) scopes that are approximately 9-10" long. 3x9,4x12 with FINE crosshair reticle.
Does anyone have any recommendations that they could give.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello! I recommend rifle scope atn x-sight II hd 3-14x (https://www.atncorp.com/smart-hd-weapon-sight). This sight is certainly more expensive than Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40 with BDC200 reticle or Nikon Prostaff 2-7x32 with BDC200 reticle, but it has better technical characteristics and reliability. You might not find what your after in the magnification you want. If you went down to a 2-7x33/32 you would have a lot more options. I would be looking at a vx2 or bushnell 3200. Scorpion makes a compact 3-9x32 but it was a real pos and I couldn't focus it. You also run into mounting challenges with such a short tube unless you run a picitinny rail which might look out of place on your application.
