short term ATT - can I apply online?

Until now I never needed it so naturally I don't know if I can apply on-line or do I have to dial and wait like everybody else? How long does it usually take to get one? Thanx beforehand

I e-mailed them a request for one once here in Edmonton and never got any sort of response.

I have gotten positive responses to faxed requests within 24 hours, sometimes (if they're not busy) within an hour.

On the phone, 2 minute conversation and they e-mail it out or fax it out.
