Shorten PAL Approval Times

site is back up and no status change still in "progress"

This is day 45 for me! My references both called in on Monday--I called back in on Tuesday and was told that I just needed to wait for the photo to get scanned.

Still "in progress" on the site.

I'm a little confused as to the Ontario CFO's role in this. If the photo needs to be scanned, does that mean the CFO has already approved it, or does it go to them after the fact?

I was told it would go to CFO after if need be or be sent off after scanning not sure why she told me that

Photo is waiting to be scanned then it will be sent off to the quebec cfo . And apparently they do the interviews not nb ??? Stupid quebec diffrent crap lol . Why do we have to Allwase be the black sheep !!!

we are all in the photo cue and they print cards Fridays so here's hoping something happens tomorrow for us all

Married no kids, had mine approved and issued for RPAL in under 45 days in Ontario. Called once after a couple months and was asked for reference to call in to speed it up if I wanted too, same day got issued. Was told card was shipped out last friday or monday and should be receiving it tomorrow or next week.

Today Day 44 called in and was told to have reference to call in
Waiting patiently to see the status change.

Still waiting for it to change and they said they did not have to talk to me. Hope the scanner operator did not suffer from a case of scanner finger overload.

My was received on Feb 18th, still not showing online after 2.5 Weeks.. I called in to ask a question and they mentioned they are "4 to 6 weeks behind on opening mail and scanning applications"

Feb 9th - Showed up online (CC was charged same day)
March 6th - ISSUED !

I think that is ~49days. Didn't call once, but was planning on doing next week if nothing changed.

Just called lady told me they are 6 weeks behind on paper work and to call back when i see my credit card get charged.
