Yeah if your looking specifically for NR under 26" you're asking if that chocolate milk can be had white. The two concepts are mutually exclusive.

It's a good 2-3" shorter than my NR FS2000, and even a little shorter than my Swiss Arms CQB.
Heavy as hell, but as short as you're gonna get! Oh and way cooler than that lame Tavor.

Rumours have it The Israelis are looking at acquiring RFB rifles to supplement their Tavors.
That being said I have both rifles and the Tavor is a better all around rifle. The RFB is really cool because of its NR, length and caliber. The Tavor is a better designed firearm overall though, including ergonomics (excluding the trigger which is a lot better on the RFB).
