Shortest Restricted Black?

I was fondling my AR today, and I got thinking- what's the shortest restricted black rifle a guy could own? Probably a 7.5" AR, right?
Don't know, that is why I ask.

yeah, there was a .22 AR on the EE a while back with some crazy micro barrel. I want to say 3 inches or something wild like that.

Nope - the 105mm length only applies to handguns. A 3" barrel would be hilarious. No rail - just essentially a flash hider sticking out from the receiver.

7.5" is about a short as you can get that will run without playing with it. I shot a 4.5" AR in full auto with a suppressor some years back. Next to useless but the cyclic rate was insane! So was the heat and amount of residue blown in your face but who's checking.

pws mk107 have 7 inch long and carbon 15 LE have 7.25 barrel.

My ears are ringing already just from thinking about it.

Maybe put a good heavy comp instead of a flash hider.

AR has the most aftermarket configurations available, so yeah Its about as short as they come.

I guess technically the super short CSA rifles might be close too, as would the Skorpions, but those are "red rifles" and I still think that 3" AR in.22 would still be smaller than them.

Does anyone remember that thing? I should have saved the picture when I saw it.
