Shorty m14

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with shortening and threading barrels from Ellwood Epps?? I was thinking of having my m14 norinco and smith and wesson ar15 shortened and threaded. Any reccomendations?

I perform full service including shortening for M1A/M14 rifles. Barrel work done by Dlask.
However I do not hesitate to recommend Epps for those out east and Dlask for out west

I will be sending my m14 out to you doc after hunting season but would like to have it cut down for this season. Thanks for the input guys

My current project was done by Dlask Arms - they are very good. Local is always a nice option. They do lots of mail in jobs and have a good set up!
I've also had good luck with VGS in Petawawa ON - the quality of the work was great too!

Question : Can Ellwood Epps supply a brake or flash hyder when shortening the barrel?

just dropped my m14s off at epps today. I'll let you guys know how it goes

For the most part yes, EPP's can get the flashhider's.
I had mine done by them with no regret's what so ever.
