Then I meet that evilman called M14Doctor and now I don't think I can ever go back.
Where did you get this stock or did you make it? this is what i am looking at makeing.
yup, Satain got the last of the usgi stock mod M14S-CQB stocks that i was making.
These days I make them custom, from new composite materials.
Many guys have asked for do it yourself tips on how they can make thier own...... while there may be some adaptors that can be used, Turf made a few using a shotgun adaptor, but I found the grip too low on them... no offense Turf
my stock uses a proprietory adaptor that was originally a chopped and modded AR15 receiver, which i was geting from an AR manufacturer.... after they chopped it up for me.
The adaptor used now is all custom and is not availlable on the market to purchase.
I will still perform the usgi stock mod version for those sending thier existing usgi stock in for modding.... OR in January I will have more inventory of the new stock, which looks like this..... and weighs 1 pound 12 ounces as shown in this pic.

Yes.
Heavy. Honestly, it's hard to tell the difference from the ARMS mount to the Trroy rail when you figure it's also scoped and in a USGI stock. I don't mind the chin weld but I probably will get a cheek piece at some point.

The Aimpoint compM4 is a great optic for sure but it can't go as low as the M3 and Micro. Did you consider the possibilty to cowitness your sights?
