Shot a Beretta Storm tonite

And it is that exact reason why I bought 2 of them and will be buying 2 more.

There is something to be said about "having strength in numbers"

lol, I sold an AR-15 to buy one in 9mm, had it for a while and sold it to get another AR.
I liked it, it was SUPER accurate and lotsa fun, our club let you use it on the pistol range too (which they should). I did get bored with it though because it was simply TOO accurate, and that was just with the irons.

Ideally you would have both though. :)

*EDIT and no I'm not trying to say I'm some hero sharpshooter. lol

It's the most reliable of all "budget" pistol-caliber carbines. Using Beretta 92F mags with ten rounds is also a major plus. ;)

(You can save yourself ALOT of trouble by using factory mags.)

Just ensure that you get the one that accepts the 92f mags and not the Px4 storm mags (I see a short life span for that pistol). There are two versions out there.
