I was in Buffalo when I shot it and looked at two of them in the store, one was a heavy barrel with fake internal supressor. I never even thought to ask the price or look at the tag...I knew they were verbotten and mentally dismissed it. I will be back on Wednesday next week and I'll ask them

Rather than being a supressor that's screwed onto the end of the barrel, it's integrated into the design of the firearm. The H&K MP5SD is a good example and probably the most well known that I can think of. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Heckler_Koch_MP5.jpg

I had one for awhile, but ended up selling it to get an older 10/22 receiver to mate with a heavy barrel. FWIW, they are selling GSG AK-47s down here too.
