Shot a GSG-5 today

To prove things in court there are tests that occur. This decision is written and basically laid out as a legal test for firearms......

and not only is it worded correctly, but some of it is defined & favors people like us... this case will set future precedent... just wait and see

Do they even have grounds for an appeal? (That is a rhetorical question.)

I'm not 100% sure, because I haven't taken civil or criminal procedure yet (by december I will know most of both), but I think that in a criminal case like this the crown has grounds for appeal by right.

If they lose they can appeal.

wow we are like a family of mice trying to see if we can get the cheese from the trap with out getting snapped. i still want a pice of that cheese :)

I just got off the phone with the Clerk at the Ontario Superior Court in Milton, an appeal was filed yesterday with the Ontario Superior Court.

They may be appealing on the grounds that the judge stated a gun had to be full-auto, among other things, to be considered a variant of the AK.
