My friend just picked up his Springfield Longslide and we went to the range with it tooday.
The felt recoil is much lower than my Springfield Stainless Loaded.
I also like the Bomar sights much better than my Novak sights.
The combination of the bull barrel and the longer slide really makes it quite a pleasure to shoot.
I'll be looking to add one to my collection in the future.
