Shot my first 25/25

Dancing Banana for me!

I was at the Rockcut Shooting clubs annual amatuer trap shoot. Our team took the gold last year and this year we had some real amatuers on our team (one shot 1/25) but we still took home the bronze, and I got highest amatuer shooter.

Anyway, I shot 24/25 in the practice round then moved on to shoot 25/25! Now I have the Federal 25 Straight patch! Next up 50/50.

Congrats! Now you can try it gun down! You may also try some sporting clay targets where 100 is nearly impossible and more clossely related to some hunting situations. This is not to down play your achivement!

Congrats......don't know about the sporting clays info above, and shooting trap with the gun not mounted!! Keep up the good shooting, practice, practice, if you find yourself starting any bad habits(like lifting your head) take a break and shoot some other clay birds. Alot of clubs/squads would not approve of you shooting trap with out mounting your gun first!!! Some places they'd warn you once, then you're out. Poster may have been talking about Int'l Trap or some such.
