Shot my first moose!!!

Shot this cow at 374 yards with my 300winmag few days ago. A bull and two cows came out into the bog i was overlooking, trotting along the far edge. I made the loudest cow call I could, the bull stopped and so did the cows. Laying down prone over a fallen log I took 3 shots and dropped her with the last one. Got her threw both lungs quartering away at 375 yards.

My dad shot a nice young bull couple days before I got mine. Our gang has 13 guys and dad and I filled both of the tags. We were pretty lucky and couldn't be happier.

we will get the weights at the butchers in a week or so, but they weight it after the hide and legs off for some reason.
