Hey all, just wanted to say thanks again on helping me learn and get set up for reloading! I went to the range today and shot my first 50 reloads, I found a nice load from one of the loads I had made up, 3.8gr of titegroup under a 165gr plated bullet! Felt real nice and shoot & what I considered to be more accurate than the other loads I had made up! I just made 50 more rounds up for next time I go, unfortunately I'm all out of primers because I made a mistake when I ordered them online & only ordered 100!... Trying to get my hands on some more now so I don't have to order them online again! I'm enjoying the reloading process as much as I am the shooting!

Thanks everyone
Trevor

Love reloading, I have been doing my .308's for some time now and have great results, recently started .357 magnums and these are great as well. I have just a single press so won't do 9mm, .357 will be my smallest and will move on to .44 mag and .45 colt. I never buy less than a 1000 primers at a time or minimum 500 projectiles as it's just not worth the time to keep reordering. Trick is to find a good source for your supplies. Be safe.

Congrats! Was that with the Glock? They eat anything.

Yes a glock gen 3 RTF2! Had one double feed on my weakest ammo (3.5gr titegroup). My press is progressive but I'm currently doing it in semi single stage mode until I build some faith in my powder thrower. Currently I'm depriving, resizing, and priming in one stage, then I'm flaring and charging each individual case, then im seating and factory crimping each bullet. So kind of single stage haha. I think I'm being too anal over my COL's though, they're pretty consistent overall but I get the scattered bullet seated down too far at 1.124 or 1.122, every time that has happened so far it's been with Federal brass... The S&B brass seems to be by far the best out of what I've reloaded so far, better than both the federal & PMC! And how do I know if I have enough crimp? I'm also paranoid about bullet setback, trying very hard to avoid the kabooms!

Yeah I just got a glock 22 and started loading for it. So far I found 3.9 grains to be the most accurate, but more experimentation is due as I have not gone above that. Diligently saving brass......
