WoW; the prices for components vary wildly. 49 bag of 25 lb shot, 14 for 500 wads, 35 for pound of powder and 52 for 1000 primers. I am lucky to be in the south near big suppliers. I play with a Lee load all for years just from winter boredom. Only saved pennies before but now I guess it may be a cost saving.

I just dug my old Lee Load-fast progressive out of hibernation, and set it up. Wont likely save money, but even if all I reload is my own slugs and buckshot, that's ok. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. - dan

I'm looking to give this a go as well and am picking up the gear and supplies today. It's not going to save me money but it looks satisfying and at least it'll give me some motivation to haul all of those hulls home!
