I have seen and dispatched a good manny mice rat's and quirrle's with the 22 birdshot at close range or in a wood building you can't beat them. at 15 feet they won't go through a beer can so use them for their use. I recomend them 100 precent for their use.

would be cool in a 10/22 !!

Prob' won't cycle the next round...they aren't meant for that.

And Jeff/1911, glad you like the site, the guy that runs it is adding more and more every week. :)

I bought a case of them at crappy tire to play around with. I shot a few pop cans with them, some of them did come out the other sides, mostly denting. They didn't feed very well in my ruger 10/22 however, I had a fair amount of jams, must be due to the shape of the heads.
I voted for using a shotgun they are pretty anemic, and as grouse said which i thought was quite funny "your better off blowing sand from a straw" :p .

This may be a stupid question but has anyone tried to drill the rifling out of an old 22. You would end up with a shotgun of sorts that might send the pellets downrange in some sort of pattern.

Barn Skeet at its best.
