Look at the first picture, the black gun is an AR, it dosen't look like the upper or lower is compatible with the bottom two rifles, sure they look similar and probably work the same, but an AR upper is not going to fit on that new gun lower receiver. However what the RCMP says is a whole other story.

Nope, it will accept any standard AR15 uppers
 
If you look at the first picture of the thread, the digi-camo rifle is in 556. Colt will not allow us to look at the inside of the firearm. Post #6, 2nd picture is the magwell insert for 5.56 uppers.
 
Are those uppers DI? I can't see the side of any BCGs in those pics. But the gas block looks like it has a gas tube pinned it per normal.

according to Colt it can be change with DI between Piston, check out GT"s older threads on the rifle in the Black rifle section.
 
I checked the barrel and they are marked 5.56mm, so no go under curent US State Dept regs. I even talk to the Commerical Sales manager for Colt. He said he can't get export permits for any colt rifle right now, but they are working on it.
