Shot timer apps?

I'm new to IPSC and as anyone who has gone down this road can tell you, it's an expensive hobby. Does anyone know of any free shot timer apps that I could download and use for dry fire practice or even range use? I tried a few but most are garbage for one reason or another. Just don't wanna drop the $125 + tax+shipping on a legit one when I'm just getting into it. I have an Android if it matters.

I've used the IPSC shot timer app from the google play store which was free, it seems to have worked in the past, but it's been about half a year since I used it.

Dry practice drill and ipsc shot timer is what i use.
