Shot Trap for the frist time!

Well, I tried shooting trap for the first time today with my first shotgun (always been a handgun and rifle guy) that I got last week and fired 8 rounds total before today. Didn't do great, but got more than I expected - 14/25 . Got a few comments about my interesting choice of gun, but nothing negative. It was pretty fun, so I'll be back next week. this time I'll bring something to hold my shells...

Try using shot instead of slugs next time. You'll hit them all!!!!!!

I know the Tamer is more of a wilderness/survilal shotgun but would it be better for skeet or trap?

I suspect skeet may be a little more challenging. Hard to shoot the doubles with a single barrel shotgun.
