Hey does anyone know where I can get one of those butt stock shell holders? the ones that don't slide around when you shoot? I was thinking something like this:

it has the strap that goes around the back so it doesn't slide forward. Are there any Canadian suppliers that sell these?
Also, what do people recommend for a good value weapon light that can stand up to shotgun recoil? Do the cheap ones last? are the expensive ones really any better? thoughts?
