Shotgun adaptors ! any good ?

I looked at them seriously when I first heard of them. Searching on the other forums discouraged me from wasting my money as the barrels aren't long enough to be of any use. It will discharge the round, but without a barrel to direct the pressure long enough to accelerate the bullet, and put spin it is useless. All the reviews I hear of said they were junk. Think about it, would you buy a handgun with a 1" barrel? If so, it would only be for concealability and for pressing against your foe like all snubbies. You can't do that with a shotgun. IMHO they are junk unless you can get them with 4-6" barrels.

There is however a well rated version made from some dude in alaska, and this version extends the barrel long enough to be usefull. Iut it looks like the guy went out of business.

I agree....I'd prefer a bit more barrel on these.
I really don't see these being too hard or expensive to special order through a canadian manufacturer like Dlask....
I'd be down for a .22lr and a .357 mag...:)

I was more looking at the 12 to 410 ga convertion. I do understand that the rifle cartridge one dont have much rifling to spin it. The 410 is a nice little round, just enough power to have fun shooting it.
