I have shot a lot of sharptailed grouse with those Supreme shot shells in #7-1/2. That is all that we used for both types of grouse and hand thrown clays. After my father passed away two years ago, I found several boxes marked at $3.33 per box in his ammunition cabinet. I used them up shooting trap.

Now that you mention it, both crates are full of nothing but 7 1/2 and 6-shot (couple 4's and a 5 for the tough birds). Clearly upland country.
