Shotgun and Lowbrass Shell Issue

Thanks for the advice everyone. I don't feel comfortable playing around and fixing it myself, since its new I think I will get Remington to do it, I paid for a fully functioning gun.

Winchester white box target loads are inexpensive for a reason. Terrible quality control IMO. I have seen them come out of the box with primers rammed in sideways and powder leaking out. They do pattern very well in my trap gun though...which contradicts my previous statement a bit.

Your problem IMO is a combination of rough chamber and the zinc plated steel head which expands and remains rigid thus fire-forming to the chamber of sorts.

Get yourself a 3/8 inch hunk of brass rod about 4 inches in length. Drop this into the muzzle if a case fails to eject and it will pop the hull out every time. Of coarse common sense and all safety precautions should be adhered to when attempting this.....
